This is a vintage shirt. There is a small imperfection / discoloration on the side of one of the sleeves. It almost looks like one small drop of bleach got on it. For 2 reasons: 1 being it's vintage and 2 being it's been washed a lot.. this may fit snug for a men's small. See photos for assessment and measurements. From my experience a SMALL in todays current fashion is much bigger than a SMALL from the 1990s.

Please note, I have a pug. Pug "glitter" gets everywhere no matter how hard I try. All clothing is laundered and will have the lint roller go over it...but by no means am I perfect!
