This is a comic of The Nine Lives of Felix the Cat #1 published by Harvey Publications, Inc. in Oct., 1991.  The grade is probably at least a Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The picture is of the actual copy being sold.  The pages are complete and intact.  The comic book has been stored bagged and boarded in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
