It is from a New Old Stock assembly line leftover steering wheel, so it is still in very good condition. Minor blemishes from bumping a neighbor, if any.

Wiring is not included. If you do not have this same switch now, you will need to obtain the correct wiring. The plug is usually the same but there are usually different numbers of wires for other versions.
