This is a card game entitled Polly Pocket: Pollyville Card Game from Mattel, published in 1994. The game has all 54 cards (double counted), but DOES NOT have the instructions. The cards sit in a pink tray that slides into the box.
The box has some wear and some creasing. One side of the box has been slightly crushed, which prevents it from closing well. Some of the cards have some wear (I have taken a picture of the card with the worse wear, and as you can see, it's not too bad). The plastic tray has some light wear.
