This vintage pin brooch features a street lamp with a man walking by. The piece is made of enamel and metal. There is a red rhinestone in the street light. The man has a clear rhinestone face, with a white bead hat, which I think is  a turban and is wearing a blue enamel  robe. Turkish or London Bobby - I can't tell. He has a stick or something in his hand.  It feels old.
