Postcard booklets from the 1933 earthquake in Long Beach, CA. It hit a magnitude of 6.4 and occurred on March 10 at 5:54 P.M. on the Newport-Inglewood Fault. Between 115-120 were unfortunately killed and there was 40 million dollars of damage sustained. The orange covered Original Compton Quake Views booklet shows the catastrophic destruction that occurred in Compton.
