Pre-owned and used. This was matted inside a book at one time. See photos as there is some faint discoloration and some tanning. Also remnants of where it was matted. 

There is no information on this but regarding date / age. I am guessing it to be dated anywhere from the 1880s to the 1920s. I purchased this in an estate collection from Massachusetts where most of the items in the lot were of that age. 

Dimensions (Folded & Closed) is approx 4" x 3".
