We ship quickly. Usually within one business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number if your preferences are set correctly in.
Returns for non-warranty reasons are only accepted for UN-INSTALLED items in the EXACT condition as purchased and only during the return period listed. Email us for an RMA number BEFORE sending anything back. If it has been installed or the protective plastic has been removed we will not accept a return. Once an item has been used or installed we will only issue defective exchanges and we will only exchange for the exact same thing. No upgrades, downgrades, trades, credit, etc. We can't take back an item that was new but now can only be sold as used. Examine your item BEFORE you install it to ensure you didn't get the wrong thing. Shipping is non-refundable for all returns. Returns for non-warranty reasons (or returns for warranty reasons where you refuse a replacement or we cannot duplicate the problem) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the item(s) MUST be in perfect, brand new condition. Again, we cannot take back something that was new but now appears used. You wouldn't want to get something that appears used when you paid for new and neither does the next customer.
Warranty information: A warranty claim is different from a return. We issue exchanges for claims within the warranty period listed but we can only exchange for the same item. (Unless we are out and can no longer get it.) Email us for an RMA number BEFORE sending anything back. Once we receive your return we will test it on our bench to confirm the problem. If we cannot duplicate the problem you're reporting, we can only take the item back into inventory if the packaging and item(s) are in perfect, brand new condition and a 15% restocking fee would apply. A compatibility or application issue does not qualify as a warranty claim. Our ads are very detailed and provide a wealth of information. Please send an email BEFORE purchasing if you don't understand something in the ad or don't know if it applies to your situation.
