NEW IN PACKAGE! However package is quite beat up. I have inspected the pantyhose through the package plastic and they look just fine. No snags. There are some pics where it looks like they have a pull or snag, it's just the packaging that's snagged. These have been hanging around since 1985!! (See date in pics).
