Handsets were turned on and tested and were able to transmit and receive. The Morse Code button on the handsets don't seem to function correctly. When the button is pressed it works sometimes but not always. The ribbon in the battery compartment seems to be degrading from age. See pictures.

Batteries not included. Each handset uses one 9v battery.
