WARMLY NOTE:
1. The dent puller machine is only used for 0.6-1.5mm cold-rolled iron body, and cannot be used for welding aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and other materials.
2. The ironing area of the negative electrode should be large, and the insulating paint should be removed, otherwise the current cannot pass through normally for welding.
3. Keep pulling straight while pulling, pulling diagonally will result in a decrease in the pulling force.
4. During the use of the dent puller, the current adjustment knob can change the welding sparks, which shows that there is no problem with the spot puller.
5. Please ensure that the connections between each component are tightened. If there is a hot spot, it means that the connections are not tightened, which will lead to poor contact and reduced welding current.
6. Carbon rod heating uses continuous welding function(Auto mode). Welding other materials uses the spot welding function(Manual mode), the continuous welding function(Auto mode) is prohibited, otherwise a high temperature alarm will occur.
7. If it cannot be welded, please try to replace other accessories to test it, such as using corrugated wire and OT gasket. If there is no problem in welding with any accessory material, it means that the spot puller machine is not faulty. Please find us for replacement parts.

Q: What should I do if the spot welder dent puller cannot be turned on?
A:
1. Check whether the power indicator light is on. If not, check whether the power supply and voltage are correct;
2. After connecting to the power supply, the power indicator light lights up normally. If there is still no current (cannot weld) after turning on the rotary switch and entering the welding mode, re-plug the power plug or open the casing to check whether the internal power circuit is normal.
3. If the above checks are normal but the dent puller machine still cannot work, please try to replace the circuit board to solve the problem. Please be assured that we provide 2-year product service and we will send you the new circuit boards for free. Please feel free to let us know.
Q: What should I do if the dent puller machine suddenly stops working after working for a while?
A:
1. Check whether the temperature alarm light is on;
2. If high temperature alarms occur frequently, check whether the continuous welding function (Auto mode) is turned on. The continuous welding function can only be used for carbon rods, otherwise a high temperature alarm will occur;
3. If high temperature alarms still occur frequently, disconnect the power supply and disassemble the casing to check whether the temperature of the transformer is higher than 90°C. To rule out that the temperature is too sensitive, you can choose to short-circuit the temperature sensor;
4. If it does not work in the non-high temperature alarm state, check whether the gun switch and the internal circuit connections of the equipment are normal;
5. If the above checks are normal but the dent puller machine still cannot work, please try to replace the circuit board to solve the problem. Please be assured that we provide 2-year product service and we will send you the new circuit boards for free. Please feel free to let us know.
SAFETY TIPS:
1. Ensure that the spot welder dent puller is connected to the ground wire and the grounded power cord is in good condition.
2. Ensure that the workbench is connected to the grounding device.
3. Make sure that the operator does not touch the metal parts to be welded without any protection.
4. Do not work in a very wet place or on a wet floor.
5. Electrodes, welding arms and other secondary conductors will reach a high temperature after the machine stops and maintain high temperature for a long time. Please pay attention to the risk of burns.
6. Avoid contact with the welding part.
7. Do not weld with worn-out cables. Check that there is no default with the isolation with stripped cables or with loose connections.
8. Unsafe factors such as loose connection and water cooling system leakage.
9. Turn off the welding machine and unplug the power plug directly before performing all inspections and maintenance.
10. Switch off the unit before replacing the metal parts.
11. Please protect your eyes and wear protection clothes when operate the machine. Please don’t wear the ring, watch etc.
12. In order to ensure the best performance of the spot welder, it is recommended to use the original set of grounding head and torch.
