seeds of this passion vine Passiflora Actinia. This plant grows 10 to 15 feet and is root hardy in zones 8 and higher . It likes the full sunshine and a mild dose of potash in the early spring. The flowers on this plant are about 3 inches across and have large white petals with purple and blue filaments. This vine produced lots of these beautiful blossoms during this past summer. The vine was pretty much pest free.  I keep mine in the ground and protect it in the winter months with a very light mulch. It also can be brought inside during cold weather I do not use any chemicals on my plants and therefor at certain times of the year you are able to find nibbles here and there on the most of the host plants for butterflies.
