Domestic

All items will be shipped upon either receipt or approval of payment within 1-2 business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. We offer Free UPS or USPS shipping which includes insurance to anywhere in the United States. UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and USPS Express Mail is available; buyer will be responsible for cost of shipping.

International

For International shipping we offer UPS, USPS Registered or Priority Mail. Estimated Delivery time is 6-10 business days. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. All Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. The product must be returned unused, unchanged, undamaged.

We only accept returns if manufacturer's tag is attached to the jewelry. If the tag is removed we cannot accept the return.

Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We do not refund any shipping expenses.

US Jewelry Factory will restore the original finish during the first six months of purchase, free of charge.

In the unlikely event there is ever a problem with our product, you can send it for inspection. Any defect in materials or workmanship that is present at the time of original delivery will be repaired at no charge. If it is deemed the problem was by everyday wear or tear, then we will only charge you cost for any material. Genuine center diamond is not covered under this warranty. In addition US Jewelry Factory will inspect, clean and refinish your jewelry upon request.

This lifetime limited warranty is void if your US Jewelry Factory product is repaired by anyone other than US Jewelry Factory.

We offer complimentary cleaning and product check-up (recommended every six months) as a well-advised preemptive measure against the possibility of stone loss or damage that occurs when prongs are bent, pulled or broken during normal wear. We only ask that you cover the shipping and insurance to safely transport the jewelry.
