This is an American Girl Doll Western Horse with Saddle.  It is from 2017 and number FGG37.  The horse does have a spot on his back as shown and his mane is a mess.  I have not tried to brush it out.  This shows normal to heavy signs of age and play.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
