Vintage Holiday Stationery Set Inspirational Wreath Paper + Envelopes Unused Age

I counted the envelopes and paper and there are 25 of each but the first few pieces of paper are quite yellowed and might be unusable.  Not sure if they adhesive still works on the envelopes.  

Each piece of paper says "Rejoice in all the good things the Lord your God has given to you and your household. Deuteronomy 26:11"

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
