Very pretty ceramic tree, I believe this is one that was hand painted and it is signed on the bottom. Measures about 16 inches high and the bottom of the base is about 8 1/2" across. there are 10 of the light pegs missing but I know they are available online. The base next to the bulb has some tape residue on it that would probably come off, it is not seen when the tree is on it. There is an on off switch in the cord and it does come with the bulb shown in the pictures. I am not sure how old the bulb is or how long it will last but it was working when I tried it. There is one small chip on the underside of the tree at the opening but it is not visible unless you turn it over. I do not see any markings as to the maker.
