Item description for VTG Perry Mason Solves The Case of the Caretaker's Cat Erle Stanley Gardner 1962

Fair condition. There are a small number of pages that have scribbles in what appears to be pencil (I have not tried to erase it; see pictures for a couple of samples). There is also a small stray mark on the inside of the back cover. The pages are browning with age. The covers have a few tiny nicks along the edges. A tiny amount of the bottom corner of the front cover has been worn/torn away. The covers also have some wear and some creasing. The spine tilts and has some creasing. Good reading copy if you don't mind the scribbles on a small number of pages.
