This is a great Nanette Lepore pinstripe West Indies Caribbean skirt suit with short sleeves. It is a short sleeve jacket and pencil skirt with piping and shirring. Please note the jacket and skirt are different sizes.
The jacket is a size 6, with 5 buttons and an open scoop neckline. The collar has shirring as do the short sleeves with a small band halfway up. There are two patch pockets on the front with a banded top:

The skirt is a size 4 pencil skirt, with two, 1 inch wide seams down the front. The skirt has shirring in the back with a ruffle kick back.
