Up for sale, brand new OEM GENUINE GM sun visor - never installed.  Other parts were stacked on it on the shelf 10 years ago which left some indents as shown - no holes or cuts. It will pop back over time. 

It is GM OEM - Not aftermarket!

FITS: 2003-2008 Vibe, Matrix, Corolla - base model vinyl, with mirror but not lighted.
