Pre-owned. Never worn. New without tags. No markings of identification. 

I did test the metals. Test results show they it's silver plated and gold plated metals. I can only assume the pearls are faux. I purchased a huge estate lot of costume jewelry and this was found in a box that had a makers name, but after researching it's proving that is not the maker and there are no maker marks. 

For a stretchy bracelet it is nicely made and feels very weighty and sturdy.
