-the plastic back pebbled scene is brittle and cracking. It is coming up on the sides and is brittle. 

-the thermometer doesnt work 

-the clock doesnt work and the hands are cracked

-there is a piece of electrical tape on the cord 

-the clock barrel to the left is pretty loose

-the front "wooden" boarder of the whole sign wants to pop off if held from it

There may be other condition issues that I have not noticed therefore this is being sold AS IS AS SEEN FOR PARTS

The sign DOES light up when plugged in.
