Pre-owned but never used. I smelled near the stopper and this is a strong one and smells really good. I am not sure of age and there appears to have been some evaporation over time as the bottle seems like this could be a little "more full". This does happen with home fragrances and perfumes sometimes. There is also  an imperfection in the glass as shown in the 9th photo.
