Hand blown glass wine or water glass or goblet. Rim and base are cobalt blue and confetti is multicolored. Some of the confetti color is also dripped down the stem, adding even more fun color.  Stands approximately 7 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches at base. I suspect this is Mexico blown glass but cannot confirm, it's thick glass which is typical for Mexican glass. There is a tiny flea bite on the base that I could not see but felt but it's ever so tiny. Please see all the photos.
