This beauty is what I believe to be a hand carved and painted Russian folk art angel. The piece is signed, possibly Dvornikov or Dgodnikov or many other possibilities.
My research points to Russian made.
She is beautifully hand painted with a beautiful halo of flowers, holding a candle. She may be a spring or mid summer angel.
She stands approximately 6" tall and 4" wide.
There is some paint loss on the back of her dress from a price sticker that I removed. Because she is hand carved, her base/bottom is not completely flat, she stands on her own but is not completely stable. Other than the pant loss, I see no flaws or damage. Sold as shown, please see all photos.
