This heavy suede leather made in Seattle, Washington USA Eddie Bauer ranch coat is a high quality vintage piece. A FEW SPOTS ARE PRESENT (most notably below the back collar, as pictured), SO IT IS NOT "100% PERFECT". The collar and lining (including the lined sleeves) features shearling wool fur, which shows a bit of graying. All the matching tan suede leather buttons are intact with little to no wear, and there are no issues to the pockets.
It displays well as-is, but, like most vintage clothing of this nature, it could benefit from a professional cleaning.
