Brass or Bronze WWI French Soldier Ashtray Military War Eagle Trinket Tray

• This listing is for an unusual ashtray or trinket tray portraying a soldier choking an eagle. It seems to be made from brass but is a little more lightweight than other brass I have come across. It weighs 4.2 oz and measures approximately 4" x 3".
• There is no hallmark or writing on the back as far as I can see.
