Vintage Black and tan leather-like compact medium size organizer planner binder has 3 rings for 5x8 planner pages, envelope style flaps on both sides, one opens to the 3-ring binder with multiple slots for business cards or credit cards/ID, pen holder, and pocket/slot for medium size 5 x 8" notebook. The other side opens like an envelope, closed on sides so things won't fall out, has 2 inside pockets the size of credit or business cards, and 2 pen holders. Perfect place to put your phone, car keys, billfold, etc.  

Condition is previously owned and used, shows normal light use, still in great condition with plenty of life left. 

The only stamp is Avon on inside cover.

Measurements are about 9" x 7.25 on outside
