Why is actual power lower than 100W?
The output under standard condition is 100 watt, but the actual output could be affected by many factors such as the intensity of sunlight, temperature, weather, etc
Will the solar panels work in cloudy days?
The output will be affected by the weather. But the solar panels have auto-restart function, if the panel is blocked by shadow, it will restart to charge your device automatically when there's enough sunlight.
What cause the panel to charge slow?
The intesity of sunlight, temperature could affect the charging speed. If the charging speed is abnormally slow all the time, please tell us.
Does this solar panel charger contain battery or does it charge a battery?
The solar panel does not contain battery or store power. To charge a battery, you will need to make sure ports are compatible or have suitable connect cable.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
• Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
• Buyer will be responsible for all kind of return shipping/shipment to the seller for resolving the problem.
• Returns made for all non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
