There is no tag, and this has some imperfections.

There is one part with a safety pin holding part of it together. Some other small tears, here and there, BUT I feel this may be a rare vintage plush that someone wants that they used to have and I want to try and see. 

Its about 15 or 16 inches tall and 10-12 inches wide. 

If you know what this is called or its name, I'd love to get a message.
