David Frykman 10.5” Figurine Mariner 1997 DF3404 Sea Captain Sailor Moving Arms

The arms move he’s holding a rope in one hand has a pipe. Please see the last few photos. There are some rub marks on the figure no chips or cracks, but rubs from being in a box.
