The listing is for an original oil painting by Miami artist Agustin Gainza, created in 1984. The painting features a scene from Peacock Park, City of Miami (Coconut Grove). It is signed by the artist and painted on canvas using the oil painting technique. The artwork is framed and represents the artistic style of Gainza during the 1980s. It measures 24" by 20 3/8" with the frame. The actual canvas is 16" by 12". As shown on the photos, there are consistent signs of wear on the frame and mat, including stains. Also, the canvas has a tiny point hole, near the upper area (see last photo; it looks bigger on the photo).
