Measures 9" x 6-1/2".

 

Fair condition.  Some handling and storage wear.  The metal cover is in excellent condition structurally with some patina, scratches and small dings, as shown in photos.    

INSIDES: Bindings are intact, but a few are creased in the the front and back.  Pages are all in excellent condition with no writing anywhere, including the pages for Family Records, Births, Marriages, and Deaths.

Overall, attractive looking, especially for the age of the book.
