You are purchasing an oval image of Our Lady of Czestochowa. The Queen of Poland. It's just her image the back is blank.  Approximate size is 3.1/2"  X 2 1/2"  Printed in Italy but they were brought back from her her shrine in Jasna Gora in Czestochowa.
