Laptops are preowned and will have typical scratches/scuffs, minor dings/dents, and wear. This lot of 7 laptops have various signs of previous use, or wear and tear. The type of wear or tear differs per laptop, as well as the grade or extent of wear. **NOTE** Not every detail described will pertain to every laptop. At minimum, each laptop will have at least one detail described. There are keyboard scuffs on some LCDs, as well as scratches or faint white spots. Some of the cases have heavy scratches on the back panels and possibly some on the top lids as well. One of the laptops is damaged on the back panel and bottom left corner. There is one laptop that has alot of scuffs/dings around the outside edges, and heavy track pad wear on it also. Most of these have some level of wear on the keyboards, track pads and palm rests. They all include a battery.

The Batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power Adapters are NOT included.

• COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer.  Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying.
• sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos.
• File photos are used to represent items being sold in the auction (unless indicated otherwise).  Actual items may have slight differences from photos.
• We do not provide technical support for setup, installation, programming or any other related issues.

PAYMENT

• Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date.
• PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours).
• We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal.

SHIPPING

• WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
• We ship via UPS.  If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
• LOCAL PICKUP:
  • If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
  • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax.  Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

• We strive to have 100% satisfaction.  If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
• Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
• Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
• Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
• Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
• Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
  • If item is found to be faulty:  At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
  • If item is found to be in advertised condition:  Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater).  Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

• If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim.  PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
