Set 2 Polyresin? Cabriole Dresser Legs Queen Anne Style Salvage Furniture Pieces

Legs were taken off of a chest and going to be reused but have been sitting over a year so time to get rid of.  Each leg is about 7-1/2" long and the top square is just shy of 2" square.  The long screw is stuck in there, we didn't know how to remove it.  The material is NOT wood.
