Book does have quite a bit of damage to the covers both front and back as shown.  Binding seems to be in tact. Pages do have yellowing and spots as shown in photos. Spine does have some damage at the top and bottom and cracking of the leather. No missing or ripped pages.  There is some writing on the inside of the front cover and on the title page as shown in photos. No other marking noticed in the book.  Please review all photos prior to purchasing.
