There is a copy of a letter requesting a copy of the Speech that Senator Bricker gave before the State Bar of Illinois on February 11, 1950. A letter signed by Senator Bricker acknowledging the request and an 8 page speech with hand written notes John William Bricker (September 6, 1893 – March 22, 1986) was an American politician and attorney who served as a United States senator and the 54th governor of Ohio. He was also the Republican nominee for Vice President in 1944.
