For your consideration is a vintage brass and glass jewelry trinket box.  This piece has the octagon (eight) panels of glass that is framed with brass and it has 8 round ball feet.  The lid is hinged.  It is 4 1/4" wide and deep and 3 1/8" tall with the feet.  No chips or cracks.
