Use: For the temporary relief of pain due to:

Suggested use

Dip applicator into liquid.

Adults and children 2 years and older:

  • Apply a small amount of product to the affected area.
  • Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

Children between 2 and 12 years:

  • Should be supervised in the use of this product.

Children under 2 years:

  • Do not use.

Methemo globinemia warning: Use of this product may cause methemo globinemia, a serious condition that must be treated promptly because it reduces the amount of oxygen carried in blood. This can occur even if you have used this product before. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you or a child in your care develops:

Allergy alert: Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anest hetics such as proc aine, butac aine, benzo caine or other "caine" anesth etics. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.

Royal Mail International Standard or Sign - normally 5 - 14 workings days, but not guaranteed. Other countries – you can check delivery times with.

If the item is not delivered within 8 working days from the date of dispatch (UK) or 21 working days (International). Please contact us via e-mail service. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, local postal service or International Customs inspection. Your item will be shipped to your registered PayPal address. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as a cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods deducting our shipping costs. The Delivery charge will not be refunded, or with FREE shipping we will deduct our shipping cost from product price. Also make sure that the product is legal in your country, otherwise packaging will be returned or destroyed by customs service in this situation you can lose money.

Please be advised that the following charges may apply 

1 Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Customer not at home) = We will deduct out shipping cost plus packing 0.50p 

2 In the event that an item is returned by the courier as a non-delivery and the goods are still required the above charges shall be levied plus & reshipping costs and packing 

3 In the event that an item is returned to us by the courier as customer not collected from Local delivery office = We will deduct our shipping cost and packing from refund In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund.
