This printer has been tested. 

Comes with the power cable, ink is NOT included. 

It does power up and there are no scratches on the platform. 

I was able to make a copy however the ink was dry and needs replacement. 

Measures approximate 14.9" deep x 16.7" wide x 9.8" high.  

Weighs approximately 19 pounds.
