Melvin W Villard b1881 d1972

He married Margaret Cotton, and they had 2 children Karl b1908 d1969 & Robert b1910 d1999. By 1930 he was married to Estelle (Stella) Hartman.

Melvin had his own shop shoemaker/repairman lived in Sugar Creek in 1910 on Ray Street.

In 1920 again running his own shop, he lived in Massillon on Jarvis Ave. In 1930 again with his own shop he lived on Cornell St NE. Looking at his appearance in this card which appears to be somewhere around 1910/1915 it's very possible this is Sugar Creek. However, I haven't been able to locate Ray Street or Jarvis Street for comparison.
