This is a comic of X-Men #7 released by The Marvel Comics Group in Sep., 1964.  The condition is at least Very Good but I will leave it to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  The pages are complete and intact.  It has been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
