The arm with the hat does not work. 

He got him to spin the snowflakes a couple of times by holding up the arm with the hat and starting the arm motion to spin the flakes but he only does it sometimes and then not at all. 

The box is falling apart and in bad condition. The plastic has been taped a little from the inside but falls off. The Box has no top. The whole top is missing.

The battery cover is there but damaged and the screw that holds it in is striped. You might want to replace it.

Only the pictures snowman in the box. No small snowman and the little try me button is not included as well.

Will not ship with batteries.
