This is a full bottle of vintage J.C. Higgins reel oil. For fishing reels. No3509. Bottle is dirty, giving it the vintage patina. The bottom half of the label is loose. See pictures for all condition details. Would be great for a collection. I don't know if the oil is still good for use, as it is vintage. Bottle is 2.5" tall, 1.5" wide and 1" thick.
