This is a game entitled Little Orchard from HABA, copyright 2004. The game is complete with instructions (in six languages).

One corner of the box lid is split (see pictures). The lid also has a small scuff / nick on the top edge. The lid and the bottom of the box both have some light wear with a bit heavier wear in the corners. The tree was damaged (it looks like it folded in half) but has been repaired with a small reinforcement on the back side (see pictures). Otherwise, the components of the game are in nice shape with minor wear. The instruction booklet has some minor creasing.
