Roe Richmond (1910-1986) was a cowboy, semi-professional athlete, and a pulp fiction and book-length author of western novels. He was a founding member of the Western Writers of America in 1953. Primarily known for his mass market paperbacks including the Lash Lashtrow, Texas Ranger series, some of the author's novels did appear in hardback and are now relatively uncommon.
