DVD Region 4. Step back in time to experience again the AFL Grand Finals of the 1990's. As the beginning of the decade saw the league renamed to the Australian Football League to reflect the addition of out-of-state teams to the Victorian competition, the grand finals of the era began with aplomb as Collingwood broke a 32-year drought and ended the famous "Colliwobbles", winning the first grand final of the new AFL era. Due to construction works taking place at the MCG, 1991 saw the grand final take place at VFL Park as Hawthorn defeated West Coast Eagles, running rampant in the final quarter to secure the win. The Eagles would recover the following season, become the first non-Victorian team to win a premiership in 1992, defeating Geelong by 28-points at the MCG. A young Essendon side, dubbed "the baby Bombers" would win the flag in 1993, before West Coast Eagles secured themselves a second premiership in three seasons in 1994. The 1996 grand final marked the culmination of the AFL/VFL's 100th season and having defeated Sydney Swans, North Melbourne were awarded a gold premiership cup instead of the usual silver in honour of the centenary grand final. Witness the Adelaide Crows victories in 1997 and 1998, as the competition newcomers secure back-to-back premierships under Malcolm Blight, before North Melbourne finished the decade with another grand final victory of their own..
