The spray format allows you to use flexible dosing: simply spray 4 to 6 sprays (1 mg to 1.5 mg melatonin) directly into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed and then allow yourself at least 6 hours of sleep.

Choose your dose, spray 4 times (1 mg melatonin) or up to 6 times (1.5 mg melatonin) directly into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed, no need to brush your teeth afterwards.
