From a local estate men's vintage clothing collection, this is a vintage 60's/70's D H Holmes dress shirt in a striking darker shade of blue. It does not have a size or fabric content tag, just the Holmes label.  I measured approx 22 inches across the chest, underarm to underarm  and approx 18 inches from  shoulder top of sleeve to end of sleeve.  I think this shirt was likely a special order due to the shorter sleeve length.  The fabric is likely a cotton blend.
