This is a comic of The Amazing Spider-Man No. 362 released by The Marvel Comics Group in May, 1992.  The grade is probably at least a Very Fine/Near Mint but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.

The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned.  It has been kept in a climate controlled environment in a smoke free home.
